Creating auto-complete 'current employer' field in CiviCRM Profile

We can include 'current employer' field in CiviCRM profile , it would be great if we make it auto-complete. So that we can select existing organization from CiviCRM.
I think it will be useful for some people.

Single css for IE and other browsers

We can use '//' (double slash) before any css property which only recognise by IE browsers , other browsers consider it as a comment. But this can be use as per property not for whole class or id. Generally we uses different css files for IE and other browsers. But instead this, we can have single css file which can do everything. Including browser wise css/javascript file in drupal module

A drupal module can have its own css or js file(s).
While working UI, developers generally worry about browsers compatibility.

Depending on the browser, we can include different css or javascript file(s) in drupal module as follow

eg: separate css file IE and other browsers

Creating slidding effect with changing image optimality

While looking for horizontal accordion I found one interesting plugin http://www.marghoobsuleman.com/jQuery-common-accordion. It is really great to use for horizontal as well as for vertical accordion.But I was looking to change the effect like flash banner rotator ( http://www.flabell.com/flash/Accordion-Banner-Rotator-276 ).
